Reiki Attunements - The three levels
Initiates are taught the traditional Usui method of Reiki in three levels or degrees
Reiki 1, Reiki 11, and Reiki 111/Master
Croydon Reiki Centre courses follow the traditional teachings of Madam Takata. She was taught by Dr Hayashi who introduced the three 'degrees' or levels we in the West are familiar with now.
In Dr. Usui's Kyoto Reiki Clinic, Initiates would give Reiki treatments daily. And the experience was invaluable. They too received healing with each session they gave and their understanding of Reiki grew immeasurably.
The course and attunements are just the beginning of your Reiki experience.
With ongoing support, the monthly Reiki Group and your own daily practise, your Reiki journey will bring rich rewards in your personal and spiritual growth. And of course, peace and well being to yourself and those you give Reiki to.

Each course includes the attunements, the manual, the certificate, and full training enabling you to give treatments confidently to your self and others in this wonderfully enlightening and holistic healing method.
USUI REIKI ATTUNEMENTS
You may feel drawn to become a Reiki Healer, for your own healing and growth, or to assist in the healing of others.
This often happens after experiencing the Reiki energy through a Reiki Healer.
The attunements enable the natural ability to channel healing energies to be opened, aligned, cleared and strengthened by a powerful pulse of Divine energy from the Reiki Master. A series of deep initiations attunes, balances, and empowers your own natural healing abilities. Three levels of attunements in Reiki, each magnify your own natural healing ability.
The first and second degrees are powerful healing tools in their own right and are taken by traditional doctors, alternative and complementary practioners to benefit themselves and the treatments they give. Each course takes place over a one day deeply intensive enlightenment programme on consecutive days, or separately.
Your own intuition and discussion with Anne will help you choose the best alternative for you.
If you are truly drawn to this path of healing and enlightenment, you will choose to take the third and final step in Usui Reiki as the Usui Reiki Master.
Then you will learn the ancient and sacred tools of the Master.
Reiki is now a way of life to you and to heal and enlighten others your chosen path.
Reiki Master is taken over a weekend.
Once attuned to these energies, you will always be able to channel Reiki energy.
The more you use Reiki, the stronger it becomes for you. Making it truly part of your life, living with Reiki is a very empowering process, and encourages a positive, healthy and focused outlook, transforming your life.
All Initiates
Receive the appropriate certificate and manual for their course.
Have ongoing support in their Reiki practice and are invited to come to the Monthly Reiki Group.
All Reiki courses can be taken on weekdays by appointment.
REIKI 1-The Healer
Reiki 1 creates The Healer able to heal yourself, family and friends.
You will receive four attunements in Reiki 1 which lay the foundation for your Reiki experience.
These initiations open you to receive the Reiki energy from the Divine Source.
You will be taught how to give a Reiki treatment, the hand positions for treating yourself and others, the history and philosophy of Reiki, and how to use it in every day life. By the end of the day you will experience the Reiki energy for yourself, in giving and receiving a treatment, and in seeing its effect on the aura.
Reiki 1 is a one day Saturday intensive, with Reiki 11 on the Sunday.
May be taken together or separately.
REIKI 11- The Practitioner
Reiki 11 creates The Practitioner able to heal others on a professional basis, should you choose and broadens your healing experience.
One attunement and three ancient sacred symbols powerfully magnify the Reiki energy channelled through you, and increase your own spiritual awareness and intuitive perception. We will explore the versatility of Reiki 11 and experience the power of the symbols which enable us to focus the healing energy and see first hand it's transformational power in the aura and in energy work.
The training will prepare you for working confidentially as a Reiki practitioner, should you choose.

Reiki 111 creates The Master and Teacher. And now after working steadily with Reiki 11, you feel there's more. Reiki is now an enriching and fulfilling way of life to you. To heal and enlighten yourself further and to share this knowledge with others becomes your chosen path. So for you, completion is becoming a Reiki Master. And it is for you to learn the ancient and sacred tools of the Master.
The Reiki 111/Master attunement opens you to yet higher lighter energies, and your intuition and spiritual awareness develops considerably. Working regularly in this energy and Light your perception changes. The Initiate now takes on the responsibility for creating their own destiny with the new understanding that we have the ability to create our own magical realities. As such Reiki 111/Master Teacher can be the doorway to a new life.
Reiki Master is for those with a true calling to guide and teach, giving you opportunity for immeasurable personal and spiritual growth and the tools of Attunement. Reiki becomes a life's work, a life's commitment. In fulfilling your life purpose to be a Shepherd of Light, you can initiate, support and guide others on their own journey to enlightenment, and empowerment.
Reiki 111/Master Initiates have spent a year of working on themselves regularly with the Reiki 11 symbols healing and clearing their own past traumas, and are experienced in healing others. As such they are practised and well prepared for the heightened vibrations of Reiki 111.
Tuition and plenty of practise time enables you to learn the two Reiki Master symbols and to pass the attunements confidently.

Reiki 111 Master/Teacher is taken over two days.
