THE MAITREYA PORTRAITS

On a crisp dark evening of early winter
I was asked to do a portrait of The Maitreya
by one very much guided by and touched by
the radiance of His Presence.
The Studio, flooded in warmth and light
was enveloped in the magnificence, stillness and love of this Being.
And over a time
two portrayals were created through me.
One, an image of The Buddha
the other an image of The Christ.
