I have dipped my toes in many waters - yet they all share a thread...

As a child I had an awareness of  'other things', places 'travelled' to, people and things 'seen' by me, unseen by others. I learnt pretty quickly to keep it to myself.

Most of my life has been lived close to Lloyd Park in Croydon. And being here over the years at so many different times, and seasons has been a great inspiration, a great comfort and source of wonder that is constantly with me. It is truly a magical and mystical place. As any open space might be. It has held me and taken me deep into that magic, into it's own world. And the wisdom learnt there has inspired paintings, and encouraged spiritual awareness.

This was formalised in my late teen years when meeting folk who felt and experienced the world I was aware of. 

It is a world of other beings who I now know are the Driads of the trees, Devas of the mineral world, Angels of all things, flowers, Unicorns, Spiritual Guides, and the creatures - power animals in the woods.

Creatively - in the late 60's I went to Art College for three years, and took my creativity into Terence Conran's Habitat long, long ago when there were only three shops and he knew us all by name. 
 
Living in Spain I designed clothes for a French fashion boutique, taught English and learned how to make exotic cocktails!  

Returning to London I found myself in a small jewellery shop in St Martin's Lane, off Trafalgar Square. It was one of the very first places to stock silver jewellery in the heart of London. 
I was inspired by sumptuous semiprecious stones when buying in Hatton Garden and the wondrous designs of the silver craftsmen I met.
So I created my own collection of silver rings. These  sold fast in the shop and adorned models in fashion glossies Vogue and Queen, meeting the memorable Janet Street Porter and others.
I so loved the jewels, their colours, their 'feel'.
Being deeply moved by them, I was often lost in wonder and the world they took me into. They were alive and 'spoke' to me through visions and feelings.  

And Watkins was around the corner in Cecil Court.......... 

Spiritually  I have been blessed by so many wonderfully inspiring teachers and experienced spiritual awakenings on my spiritual path - far too many to add here. All opened new doors, some confirming hidden or ignored knowledge, and some completely new.

This is a very few of the most transforming...

1978  I joined a Spiritual Development Circle with a wonderful Viennese Medium, Jenny Williams, who over several years taught me Clairvoyance, Spiritual Healing, Channelling and much more. And I have sat in circle ever since before starting my own in 1998.
The most informative and enjoyable influences came from
1979  BAPS Started a local branch of Russell Grant's British Astrological and Psychic Society with a friend. We invited speakers and ran courses. The start of everything.
1978  Channelled Portraits - Terry MacArthur  truly one of the best mediums I've known, encouraged me to allow spirit to work through my art. And this was an enlightening turning point and the concrete knowing of my guides and the angels around me.
1980's  Crystal Healing with Ron Bonewitz, geologist and author who created Crystal Healing. He ran several courses and talks for the BAPS group. And recently.
1980's  Dusty Miller several illuminating courses of natural magic usually out in nature.
1990  Native American Drum Circle. I sat in two for some 12 years before starting my own. Teaching and making numerous drums, rattles and Native American crafts. The shields made good wedding presents! Workshops held included Juan Nunez del Prado with the Sacred Spiritual teachings of the Andean Q'ero. Bob and Lee Nitsch brought Seneca teachings of the Wolf Clan Teaching Lodge
1992  Analytical Hypnotherapy with the IAH
1997  James Twyman Several enlightening courses in person with the Troubadour of Peace
1997  'You Can Heal Your Life' Study Group Leadership training authorised by Louise L. Hay, lovingly supported by David Lawson and Justin Carson. 
1998  Reiki 1 and 11 with my Reiki Master Angela Clarke
1998  GMTV fashion feature with Jeff Banks took me back into fashion
1999  Reiki Master
2000/1 Two visits to Peru and teaching with Q'ero
2001   Karuna Reiki Master with William Lee Rand, founder of Karuna Reiki
2002  Core Energy Management Coach  William Bloom
2002   Chumpi Paqo training - Master of the Living Energy Belts with Juan Nunez del Prado, Andean Spiritual Arts
2003  Hopi Ear Candle Practitioner at the Limetree Centre with Rosemary Hanson
2005  Arola Tifar 1 - Healing Art of the Atlantean Masters
2006/7- Limelight Flower Essence Practitioner with Rosemary Hanson
2007 - Aura Soma Registered Practitioner with Simone Rosenberg at Dolphins and Angels

and for this year.......!

Shamanic teachings came from the Q'ero in Peru with Julian Flores Paucar and Juan Nunez del Prado. Native American teachings from the Seneca with Grandmother Twylah, and Bob and Lee Nitsch, also from Navajo and  Hopi teachers in their own land.  Mexican Toltec teachings came through Tlakaelel and Bert Gunn. And from our own lands with Dusty Miller and many, many others.

Their wisdom was shared in the Sacred Hoop of the Hummingbird Drumming Groups I held in Sydenham, Croydon, and Boxhill.

TV Appearances include GMTV, Cable, Kilroy, and I'm often called on as an programme advisor for TV and Radio productions. 

The Dreamscapes and Portraits were regularly exhibited through the years until the courses grew in popularity and took so much more time.

And long beautiful times are spent with my four children, and grandchildren.
